Last Friday, we had a training for DISC instead of our usual Friday Labs. DISC is a behavioral assessment that can be used to “help develop course of action on a leadership team.” Basically, it’s a personality test that helps you figure out how you relate to different people and situations. Our trainer — Daniel Martin — brought great energy and answered a bunch of questions from our group. Our afternoon session consisted of engineers, so it was interesting to see the distribution of our results from the assessment — most of us were heavy on the “C” (Compliance), which apparently is typical for people in analytical fields.
